Reporting families with conflicts on the right time helps the security officials, Supert. Paul Gatambira; Ruhango District Police Officer told the residents.

This was revealed by security officials during the training of residents and local leaders on January 11th 2013 in Ruhango district.

Superintendent Paul Gatambira asserts that conflicts and gender based violence come to the peak because neighbors of those families never report it to the security officials.

Superintendent Gatambira asked the residents to always give out the information so that such problems are solved before separation, death and other problems become the result.

After training different leadership levels and couples with conflicts, some of the residents confirmed it was helpful and that those couples made right decisions before training ended.

Lorene Nsanzabaganwa, a participant that was harassing his wife because she brought no property confesses he is going to live in harmony with the wife and as well sensitize other families on the issue.

During the closing ceremony, the executive secretary of Mbuye sector, Idrissa Bihezande said different types of violence was common in this place previously but on reduction.
